Shortly after service activation:
User synchronization from the Microsoft 365 tenant may take some time to complete. Please allow a few moments, then refresh the page and check again. Once the user sync is completed, all tenant’s Global Admin and Privileged Role Admin accounts should be listed in drop-down menu and you can select which user you wish to impersonate.
However, if the drop-down menu still remains empty, please contact our Support at support@nexetic.com.
After the service has been in use for some time
Occasionally, individual permissions granted to the backup application may be revoked due to various reasons. This can lead to issues accessing the Backup portal or configuring SSO users.
To resolve this, re-grant all required permissions for the Nexetic Backup application. Sign in to Microsoft Entra admin center using the tenant's Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator account.
Under Applications -> Enterprise applications, select application Nexetic Backup (Application ID: facd4a2d-cbd2-4095-bfa8-ac9c819f843e)
Select Permissions under Security.
On Permissions tab, select Grant consent for [the organization]
Now the revoked permissions have been regranted and the issue with admin accounts not being displayed is resolved.
