Storage alerts in new customer onboarding

We've introduced a new storage check during the initial setup. If the allocated or purchased storage is expected to be exceeded during the first full backup, the portal will instantly display a notification. This enables the admin to refine the service or user selection—such as opting to back up only specific Entra ID groups instead of all users.

A similar alert system is in place for SharePoint and Teams, allowing admins to select specific SharePoint sites or Teams for backup. Alternatively, they can choose to purchase additional storage to accommodate the customer’s backups.
