Step 1. Log in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Open your web browser and go to the following address: https://admin.microsoft.com/
Step 2. Select Reports
Select Reports on the left navigation menu. Select Usage below Reports.
Step 3. Check Exchange usage
Click on the View more button located in the email activity section.
Click on the Mailbox usage.
You can see the total usage of Exchange in the Storage section.
Click on the Usage button on the top menu.
Step 4. Check OneDrive usage
You can see OneDrive usage directly on the dashboard.
If OneDrive usage statistics are not on the dashboard, you can click View more.
Step 5. Check SharePoint usage
You can see OneDrive usage directly on the dashboard.
Click on the Site Usage.
You can see the total usage of SharePoint in the Storage section.
