Task Manager

Currently, all restore tasks are visible in the Task Manager.

The main purpose of the Task manager is to show latest manually initiated tasks and their outcome, whereas Audit Log will show wider range of events, with more detailed information and longer tracking history.

Entering the Task Manager

You can enter the Task Manager in the Backup portal by clicking your username at the top-right corner of the page and selecting Task manager from the drop-down menu.

Note

Task manager is only visible for signed-in Admin users (not end-users).

Filtering the events

There are two filters that can be used either together or separately:

Statuses:

  • Pending
  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Failed
  • Cancelled - only for scheduled data deletions (to be launched later)

Created:

  • Last week
  • Last month
  • Last year
  • Custom -> select the date range from the calendar

The events are shown in chronological order, the newest first.

You can clear the filters by clicking the '' icon.

Stay tuned! The Task manager will be further developed with new features.

When options for data deletion are available, scheduled deletion tasks will be displayed and can be cancelled in the Task manager.
