Reporting via email

You can set up email reporting on reseller or customer level. Customer level reports can be configured in Nexetic Portal (by the reseller) or in Backup Portal (by the customer).

Reseller-level report includes all reseller's customers and their license, storage space and backup status information, compiled in one email message.

If some of your customers require their own reports, customer-specific reports can easily be set up for each of these customers.

Set up reseller-level reporting

Sign in to Nexetic Portal. Click on your username in the top-right corner of the page and select Vendor Email Report Settings.

  • To enable reseller-level reporting, click the Enable Email Report toggle
  • Add recipient's email address. If you add multiple addresses, use semicolons to separate them.
  • Define report frequency: Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly
  • Click Save

Set up customer-level reporting

OPTION A - from the Nexetic Portal

Sign in to Nexetic Portal. Click Customer Email Report Settings (gear wheel icon) to enable reporting for the selected customer.

  • To enable reporting for the selected customer, click the Enable Email Report toggle
  • Add recipient's email address. If you add multiple addresses, use semicolons to separate them.
  • Define report frequency: Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly
  • Click Save

OPTION B - from the Backup Portal

Sign in to the Backup portal. On Settings page, select Organization settings

  • To enable reporting for the customer, click the Enable Email Report toggle
  • Add recipient's email address. If you add multiple addresses, use semicolons to separate them.
  • Define report frequency: Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly
  • Click Save
