What does the error "UI: OK / Service: No connection to server" mean?

It is highly likely that a firewall is blocking the service from connecting to the server. 

Both the UI and Service need to be able to access the server.

Make sure that neither of these are blocked by a firewall: 

NexeticShield.exe
NXBackupService.exe
 
They should e.g. be whitelisted.
